PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
Ralph brings years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing including positions in sales, sales training, sales management and product management while at Pfizer Inc. and Bayer AG. Since founding BWA as a North Carolina corporation in 1993, Ralph's "what if..." approach has led a team that develops effective methods for marketing pharmaceutical products to all physician specialties and delivering creative solutions that meet changing industry needs.
DIRECTOR OF PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT
Over the past decade, Marsha has worked with clients to develop effective outreach programs and to oversee the development of data management systems designed to ensure accurate data processing and efficiency. She also works with clients in the evaluation phase of their programs to provide analysis for finance and product teams. Marsha has a background in social research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, marketing and consumer behavior. She earned bachelor's degrees in Sociology and American Studies from DePaul University and her master's degree from University of Texas at Austin.

Sarah has worked in the pharmaceutical industry for over a decade. During her time at BWA, she has designed and managed consumer and physician engagement programs across a wide range of market segments. Sarah brings expertise in the areas of research, design, copywriting, as well as HIPAA and PDMA compliance. Sarah holds bachelor's degrees in English and Multidisciplinary Studies from North Carolina State University and a master's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
